RBC Executive Director Pat Hayes led a discussion Sept. 8 on how the sustainable management of batteries today creates the foundation for the future. Hosted at the headquarters of Johnson Controls Power Solutions Division in Glendale, Wis., and facilitated by Grady Crosby, Johnson Controls Vice President of Public Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, the event was attended by representatives from local environmental organizations and municipal agencies in Milwaukee, including Urban Ecology Center, Milwaukee County Parks and Milwaukee Environmental Consortium.Participating in the meeting was Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele, who recognized RBC partner, Living Lands and Waters’ Chad Pregracke, for his work in cleaning up America’s rivers and lakes while inspiring others to do the same. Chris presented Chad with a proclamation that Sept. 8 was “Chad Pregracke Day” in Milwaukee County.
